Creaking noise

Hey Guys
Long time since i have posted anything but need some guidance on my lancer.
So Lately have noticed it more and more on cold starts im getting a creaking noise when backing out of my drive way from my front wheels or when going over a speed bump etc. Most of the time its when the car is over the bump and on its way down.

My car is about 30km away from the 100k km (looking forward to that ticking over hehe) mark and im pretty sure that it still has the original suspension since factory.
Would i be right that they may be on their way out? Is 100k km about the life span of them?
Is there any sort of recommendation on what i should be looking for to replacing them and any recommendations on a place to take the old girl?
Im located in SA (Southern Suburbs)

Cheers

Maybe the lower control arm bushes more the rear bush than the front one. Maybe sway bar link pin pivots are dry. Maybe the disc pads are having a bit of a moan and groan if they have a fair bit of wear.Maybe top strut mounts.Get them to have a really good look around when you get it serviced
