So price is pretty much the same as regular model right?

You could, but question is would you want to?
If you wanted to go racing though it would be a great starting point!

When Subaru did a similar thing for the WRX years ago they also had the stereo and a few other bits and pieces taken out. This one doesnt seem to be as serious.

If Mitsu were going to release a lightweight version, I would imagine it would be the RS. This is the vehicle they offer to people wishing to build a rally car.... they have nothing in them, not even the Brembos (Rally cars run 15" wheels.

Yeah you can already get the RS from TMR... And lzy_eye is right... nothing in them!
