Hi all, particularly sportback owners ... wondering what the rubber loops on the inside of the back door are for ...

Its for the parcel tray will have a look when I finish work in a 2 hours and tell you whether it holds the tray down etc.

Edit: Looking at the side rail for the tray they hold it down to stop it flipping up etc, puts it under a constant load as if they weren't there going over a rough road would cause it to constantly rattle up and down between side rail and back of the high brake light.

Ah thanks ... I took my tray out within a week ... it was a nuisance if i wanted to put the seats down ... and from a privacy perspective, it's hard to see through the privacy glass anyway ...
