So it's just been announced starting THIS YEAR TEN will only be airing 10 races live, the rest will be a 1 hour highlights package shown the Monday after the races.

This is a similar deal to the V8s.
I'm disappointed, being so close to the start of the F1 season they lob this on fans, of course there have been many complaints. Only good news is it won't affect the Australian F1 round.
Time to get Fox Sports package!

I stopped watching WRC when SBS lost the rights, it was being shared with Foxtel at the time. This year I was willing to watch less V8s live, they still haven't announced how they will be showing the non live rounds on TEN this year, I suspect it will be similar to the F1 with 1 hour of highlights on either Sunday or Monday night after the rounds.
Was really torn if it's worth the extra $25 per month for the V8s live and in HD each round but now with the F1 it might be worth it. I dropped my sports package a few years ago as I wasn't using them.

Or you could just watch the highlight rounds on Monday night on TEN/ONE?
I must admit some F1 races can be a bit boring but I hope this year with Dan on top of his game he can make a proper run for the title.

In the UK they have had a similar deal for F1 for a couple of years, only a limited number of rounds live and free on BBC, the rest they have to pay for to see in full.
I know it's only $25 more a month but thats $300 at the end of the year I could be spending on my CJ

i had no choice but to do the same with Big Bang Theory because the block kept running 15/20 minutes overtime without telling my TIVO presets

And because ch9 screws TBBT fans by should them weeks after the US, worse over the xMas period.
The AU F1 will be fine, loads of coverage, probably the best all year, same for the first V8s in less than 2 weeks, see how it goes after that. I'm getting a little bored with the V8 and hope Jamie Whincup doesn't win again this year.
As for the F1 I REALLY want an Aussie winer this season.

Yeah, I was really hoping Daniel could do it but was a bit of a long shot... I kinds hoped Mark would have gotten one before he retired, but oh well.
Where do people download F1 from? Or where do they watch it live streamed ?

I don't DL the F1, haven't needed to until now.
I really think Daniel has a shot at the title, Mark in a couple of seasons ago when it come down to just a few points at the end of the season. Last year Daniel showed he was the best of the rest coming 3rd after the 2 Mercs.
