Beautifully engineered models demonstrating the principles - take that CG!!!

Yeah, the whole 'fun' intro doesn't happen anymore - but I just love how these old Chevrolet videos go back to basic principles before showing the actual device - there's one showing how a three-speed manual gearbox works and it starts with levers of different lengths, explaining ratios, next shows how a gear is just a continuous set of levers, then details how a gear box changes the final-drive ratio - they're all brilliantly done, with hand-made working models...
