So I had a run in with a somewhat confusing car tonight...

Im driving along minding my own business when a pair of aftermarket HIDs appear in my rear vision mirror with very yellow fogs in true JDM style.

I think 'Maad! Lets see how clean this ride is!' So I keep cruising at the speed limit patiently waiting for him to pass me. About a click later finally he pulls out and I can see what it is... Its white, with black wheels. Win. Its got vinyl wrapped side skirts - the vinyl that looks like sticker bomb from afar but crap close up. Eh, I can live with that. He pulls up at the lights next to me and I can see that the wheels are watanabe style, that look to have been liquid wrapped in carbonfibre print. Nice, I like the cf touch.

Now all this mods should point to a relatively JDM car... But not in this case, because today it was a VE Statesman.

And that just does it for me.

LOL.. Couldnt have been worse...a VL... Reminds me of the Mazda 3 i drive past on the way home rocking a VR Lancer rear wing...

lol really? I see it more and more often these days... although Im entirely opposed to the bogan commos driving around I almost wish they had stayed that way :/

Oh well at least there won't be anymore after 2017 but you will see the the chevs badged as Holden's rebadged as Chevs. I suppose it's better than Holden's badged as Chevs when they aren't Chevys in the first place.
