last time i had a problem with getting it into 1st gear. but thats now okey. i have a new problem now:/ when im in 1st gear and put it in 2nd and slowly release the clutch, 5/10 it kicks out of gear by it self into neutral.
but if i shift slightly quicker into 2nd its fine.. only when i change gears slow...
i have a TS short shifter.. so now, is it my short shifter, clutch, gearbox or what?
thanks guys

Daym!
It was good for like a month, then I started shifter harder. And then there's this issue :/
How did you change the way you shift?
Should I change the tranny oil for piece of mind or it's the short shifter 100%?
Might change back to OEM shifter

Anyone know where I can buy the little metal circles I can get that hold the shifter in place or if anyone knows how I can realign the shifter?

Ok, now!
Ive put back the OEM shifter in. it all seemed fine for about 30 mins of driving. But it is still having issues popping out of 1st rarely but dangerous and 2nd 5/10 times. Im actually scared to drive the car, cause it sounds like im damaging it.
Took it to Mitsubishi, and they checked the shifter, linkages and so on with the shifter. And they said nothing was wrong. But, its all pointing towards the CLUTCH.
The thing is, the Clutch doesnt slip ever. im only having issues if im in a stand still position and i launch smoothly .
Like a Clutch replacement is $1,400.. Could it be something else ?

Yeah thats true!
Its weird.. like even my dad drove it, his like your clutch is good as! no slippage and so on..
So looks like i have to get a 2nd opinion from another dealership and if nothing then mechanic friend haha
This warranty we have is seriously useless haha

Popping out of gear could well be linkages. Cruching into gear would be worn synchro hubs or the circlips holding the keys may have broken or come loose

So is that something i could fix like the linkages or they should do ? cause they said it 'looked" fine lol
and they want me to replace the whole clutch! shifty buggers!

If the clutch is really gone it won't go into gear without really jamming it. Especially when stopped. Linkages are outside connecting the shifter to the box. Synchro is inside. Wait and see if it gets worse, Last time my clutch went the car was almost undriveable, Putting it in first and starting hte car to get it home, and that was an older car, newer cars are more difficult to drive without a clutch, you run the risk of smashing hte sychro hubs as they aren't quite so sturdy as days gone by
