Knocking noise front right of a VRX CVT sedan

hey CCJ

just after some ideas my bro has a 08 VRX CVT sedan in silver and he keep hearing a loud knocking noise from the front right , he can hear it over his exhaust system , he says it sound like a stone in the tyre , however he has been to bob janes and they have looked into and can not find anything wrong with the tyres or mags

any ideas ????
