I head about this place years ago - don't think anyone knew at the time who owned it but I remember stories of people trying to hire it and the owner never had a piece of it. Just built it for himself and wouldn't rent it out for any amount. Seems like nothing has changed, and good on him. I wish I had that sort of money :(

Yeah he has been a little more tolerating now.

We launched the S60 there a couple of years ago.
