Short answer--No, but you will need a kidney belt and your dashboard will fall out

Yeah I believe it will put a higher strain on them, but coilovers should already be more heavy-duty than stock so it'd be alright in most cases.

Theres no point running max all-round though... FWD cars benefit from having the back a little harder than the front

I have BC racing ones too

And yeah, I run the back very hard haha. 25 or something. Fronts are more like 15...
I don't care about comfort at all when I'm by myself. I find maxing the dampers makes the car skittish and jittery over bumps though.

I'm basically interested in coil-overs because of better flexibility. For daily drives, I like the front to be a bit lower, then when there's a long family haul, the rear will be at its highest height setting to reduce squatting. And of course, the car would be better at the track.
