ClubCJ - The CJ Lancer Club

Hey everyone!

I thought some of you may be interested in seeing what a Lancer looks like in Malaysia, if you haven't seen it before.

It's sold under Proton and it's called the Inspira. It has some slight physical differences such as the front bumper.


Feel free to share other variations if you know any!

I wish the lancers here in Aus came with diffusers. I prefer the tail lights of our lancers and the inspira.

The Lancer iO seems to be the same body, just different front and rear. It's much like the Holden Commodore of old, which is simply an Opel with redesigned head and tail, powered by a Buick V6 or Chevy V8, but proclaimed to be Australian.

The front end is very similar to the Evo 9. The rear is very interesting, but I don't think they have a version with RA diffusers.

Those tail lights on the iO look very familiar..

iO Looks quite good....sort of like an old euro look to the lancers.

i dunno... the iO kind of reminds me of the older lancer designs. It's more of a natural progression in design then the radical leap our CJ's took
