i have tryed to pm but it only goes to outbox, why?

hey, i need help, ive tryed to writing 2 pms to 2 different ppl, but it wont send it just goes to outbox, ive deleted the 2 msgs then tryed it again, but nothing, why is this??

i think it stays in the out box till they read it. then goes into the sent box. i think...

Yep same thing I had wondered a while ago. Outbox until its read.
