not sure where to get the question that i want to get answered or get insite on what youz think, but,

ive has my lancer since september last yr, and i have small scratch marks over my car, and im not sure why, i get my car washed at car wash with brushless wash, and then when its nearly dry i wipe off the dryed water marks, but i have small scratches over my whole car,

so what im wondering is, how can i prevent this? but i do know ill need to get my car cut and polished to get this away tho.

Last time I was at a car wash was with 3 mates and we all noticed it and were freaking out coz we'd never paid attention to it previously...all 4 cars had it so I'm pretty sure it's nothing to freak out about, however, I'm SURE that if you applied paint protection this wouldn't happen but that costs quite a bit of $$$..Either way these scratches are only seen under certain light and in rare circumstances such as straight after a wash so I wouldn't worry about it too much unless someone can give you a more detailed opinion...

Try using Meguiars Deep Crystal polish and Scratch remover X. I had the same problem with my car and seemed to clear most of them. I also have paint protection on my car. It wont get rid of deep of scratches but helps blend them in :)

oh okies thanx for that, mine arent deep, just light sort of ones, but a shit load of them lol.

i was told that you should cut and polish ya car once a year at the least, so im thinking of getting it done sooner or later. ive just been lazy, but my car is only 6 months old tho.

Cut and polish is very harsh on the paint work I would strongly recommend a profession opinion before doing that. Look on the Meguiars webpage for your own car personal detailing

This, but make sure you use the scratch x, then CLAY BAR, then polish. This method will hide most of the imperfections in clear coat pretty well.
