Hey guys

Just curious as im looking into it for a friend, does anyone know how to unscramble digital radio? I understand that all the new cop radio transmissions are all in digital and are encrypted but im curious to know if they can be unscrambled?

I use a UHF to listen to them. Also have app on my iPhone that does it.

Kinda after the new digital ones as all the cops are moving to those ones. Wasnt sure if there was a way to un-encrypt the signal to listen in thats all...

it will be a certin "key" to de-scramble the transmissions. and id say unless u have that and a program to run it through its not gonna happen
