I miss my old CE Coupe it had a 4g92 MIVEC conversion from a JDM Cyborg - went hard!!!!!!!!!!!
But my CJ is beautiful.

Here's my old ride:
1996 VS Commodore 5 litre V8 manual (quite different to a Lancer!)
Extractors, cold air intake, twin 2.5 inch pipes, no mufflers, 120dB - very naughty. I also put the SS Commo bodykit on and the roll bar. I did also put a 6 stack CD player in it, which was one of the 'beez neez' ones back in the day and other stereo stuff but I hardly used it, there was no point, you could only hear the exhaust.
She certainly turned heads. I have heard/seen it once since sold. I was driving a bus at the time but still heard it coming from behind - thought to myself hmm that's a nice sounding 5 litre and then when it passed me and I saw the rare roll bar and number plate I thought holy shit that's my girl! I rang the bloke I sold it to and yep that was him still driving it. He put mufflers on though.... I still have his no. in case I win lotto - after the Mrs, the second phone call I make will be to him so I can buy it back. I sometimes wish I didn't sell it, but it was the best sounding house deposit any one could have asked for!
Sorry for the poor quality of the pics. When I get a chance I'll redo them so they're a bit clearer. Look out for it if you're in the Sutho Shire - that's where she ended up....

and traded it in when i bought my lancer bout a week and a half ago!
Had a killer Exhaust, 108db! Ppl heard me coming miles away!
I miss it quite a bit but love my new car!!
108db! hope the cops never heard you??
So you sold off your mods? I de-modded my Mazda before trading it in, obviously didn't get all my money back & best keep conservative for the dealer. Though I had to give up my wheels, dealer wanted those part of my trade.
While we're reminiscing, here's my contribution...

Yeah Exhaust was crazy! Was lucky with the cops cos the car didn't
look like a skyline or supra or VL Turbo/Commodorre....they would
hear the noise but not really know which car it was coming from...
and seeing my car they would be....nah probs not him...LOL!
Mates hated sitting in the back seat cos of how loud it was. Their voices resonated in the back when i was revving up.
Car alarms would start in car parks that i was even driving past...i didn't need to be in them! lol!
Monash University car park was fun....many many modded cars with
aftermarket alarms that are quite sensitive. One day on the way into uni
i started 16 car alarms just going up to the second lvl of a multi
story carpark!
Haven't sold the mods yet...
Getting them organized to start selling this week some time
Dealer said to take off all the mods cos it not gonna add much
and i would get more money selling separately.
I was actually quite lucky with my trade in cos when i bought the car i bought it something like 4-5k under market value. So when i traded it in
i actually made +$350 after 5 years of owning the car. I lost out on my tinted windows which means that i ended up getting back
the same as i paid for it!
Nice Mazda! Looks hot! i like The_Bandit's Ute too!
was looking at a R8 VX before deciding on the lancer!
Can't afford the petrol on a 8 atm though...!

Man that car had been in so many accidents, ABS was broken, blah blah blah but i still miss it to this day.
