Since there's so many people working for BOC here, i might aswell ask!

How's it like working there? I'm planning to apply for their graduate program as i'm hoping to graduate at the end of this year.

...and i own a CJ. THUS GUARANTEED POSITION AMIRITE

Haha but no really, what's it like? Planning to apply for Sales and Marketing as i'm majoring in Marketing and have done a lot of sales for retail in the past.

Great place to work, some awesome people (myself :P) work there.

I've been there 4 years and don't think I'd want to work anywhere else. :)

One new ('09) BOC grad has a one month old '09 ES. He needs to get on the forum! Ozie's hint of Mr Gasbo is not a bad member name!

Don't ask me. I've only been working there for 21 years. Good company, great people, opportunities to develop and progress.

Anyone know anything about the grad program?

It seems to be hinting that i need to have gotten my degree in order to apply. I'm finishing up at the end of this year. Should i just apply anyway?

You normally apply for graduate positions in your penultimate year, before you actually graduate.

Yep....my advice...got to be in it to win it to win it!

Generally a balance between new and recent (a couple of years) experience. Not directly involved with Marketing grads...

Been a great company for me. I have been in Marketing for BOC for 6 years now and never looked back. Thanks to them I am working living in Australia and know there will be opportunities if I decide to go back to the UK or any other part of the world for that matter.

Don't know much about the grad programme in Australia but know the marketing area very well. Any specific questions give me a shout.

If you've got any specific grad questions let me know, I now work with one of the grads :)

I've already put in my application so i hope it all goes well.

However my current grade average in uni is a pass =|

I hope i'm still considered, i much rather show myself in an interview than a piece of paper.

Seems like everyone who works there is happy which is one of the biggest things for me when it comes to finding a job. I'd rather do something that has a good work environment and is comfortable than having my back broken over work but being paid an arseload.

Apps close on the 10th so i'm assuming they start reviewing shortly....wish me luck!

Good luck, getting on the grad scheme is not the only way in. I wasn't on the grad scheme and things have worked out well
