I drive for work (~80% business use). Entirely mixed driving, day, night, peak, off-peak, city and highway; based on the logbook I'm ~20% freeway. ~40% peak time / city driving, ~40% moderate traffic.

I fill from empty each on tank, I normally I pour in somewhere around the 50 to 55 L out of a "59" litre tank. I only ever use V Power on the 2.4L CVT Auto.

Working on a project (which I'll post separately) that is a series of fuel economy indicators, powered by an Arduino, ELM327 and interfaced to the OBDII/CAN.

According to my trip computer, the long term figures are stating around 9.0/100kph doing mostly city driving and about 20% freeway. Thats when you check the trip computer by pressing the manual button.
Lately been getting around 9.5/10l per 100 kph, though i have had a reflash and i suspect that could be the reason. In heavy traffic when averaging around 25kph,im getting as high as 12 which is dissapointing when you consider the toyota aurion claim those figures in city driving as well.
What annoys me is these manufacturers state that for example, the CVT is meant to provide better fuel economy,Mivec is suppose to do the same, and yet i have a mate that owns a 1999 Mazda 323 and hes getting close of not better figures as to what im getting.
