Nice :P I've worked on Kevin Rudds Blackberry, also Rio Tinto CEO's Blackberry and Westpac CEO's Blackberry.

That doesn't really count as meeting them though :\

I do tech support for Blackberry, it's a model of phone, not the stuff that grows on trees LOL :P

It's a mobile phone that has push email capability, so you will synchronise your email/contacts/calendar/notes/tasks wirelessly in real time with your mail server, so they can read/send email or check contacts/calendar appointments on the road or stuff

I think he, as well as the rest of us know what a blackberry is. I think Josh was asking what job you do that requires you to work on the PM's blackberry?

So your phone can synchronise wirelessly with Lotus Domino or Novell Groupwise mail servers? :P

Don't get me wrong though, the E71 is a nice phone a few of my friends have one

Sir Alex Ferguson - Current Manager of Manchester United

Damn I'd love to meet him (although I'd probably fall to my knees and start bowing before him  ). I'm a big Man Utd fan.

I know Anna Meares (Olympic gold medalist track cyclist and ex WR-holder) from school. Not exactly close friends, but we used to hang out occasionally back in the day. We were actually born on exactly the same day as well.

Met Gordon Tallis briefly when I went to see Broncos vs Storm in 2006. My brother got his autograph.

Met Frank Farina back when he first start managing Brisbane Strikers. Came up to do a little coaching clinic for my local soccer team. Got his autograph as well.

Used to work with Kylie Cronk, one of the girls who won bronze at the last olympics with the australian softball team. Gorgeous girl.

I've met a few other olympians, but no-one notable.

Hmmm....

Two come to mind :P But they aren't anything big...

Terry Wallace - Former Western Bulldogs/Richmond Coach
and the teams he was associated with :)

Story is, he's the only notable alumni that came from my crappy high school :) So he came now and then with the club to promote hard work and train the footy team :P His daughter also attends this crappy school :P

AND

Grandmaster William Cheung - sifu Cheung :P Disputed only descendent of traditional Wing-Chun kungfu and training partner to Bruce Lee

My former wing-chun sifu and I met him again while stage managing the Chinese New Year festival in the city. Was nice to chat to him again.

I guess I have met a few poeple too :P Despite intially thinking I haven't.

Somewhere, my mum has a picture of me shaking the hand of some politician or other when I was 12.

Can't remember for the life of me who it was though. He was at my school to set a commemorative plaque for the school's new pool and I got picked to present him the special chrome plated trowel.
