??? Huh ??? Am I missing something ?
I called MPS again today, and low and behold after the phone ringing for ages someone answered. But didn't say ' MPS Garage '. I asked if this was MPS and they said yes. I then proceeded to ask what was going on, and told them the whole story as it was a different guy I hadn't spoken to before. He said that there had been some kind of family deaths or something and that the place was operating on a skeleton crew and that's why no one has been there.
Well this could be true, or it could be another continuation of all the crap they have been coming up with. I said look I'm sorry if there have been deaths, this happens, but you guys should have put a message on the phone, or webpage, or something! I told him that my bank was doing an investigation and was going to reverse the transaction, but if I could actually get the exhaust I would stop this. The guy gave me the same story - there is 3 shipping containers of stuff there that they are trying to get through.
Now maybe its all just a big series of unfortunate events, maybe its all just BS. I don't know - bottom line is if any of it is true, they should have AT LEAST put some kind of message up to notify customers they were away. It still doesn't excuse their woeful delivery time and customer service however.
We'll see what happens over the course of the week. The bank should be calling me towards the end of this week or early next week.
The saga continues...
