Did this on car today, had left over material from last year when I did my door panels and was bored so went down to Spotlight and got some other stuff.

All made by hand, even the friggen stitching  It took 5hours.... Thought this wont take long, about an hour  Within 15mins I was running around the house looking for the stapler. We dont have an overlocker either. Staples, if its good enough for Mitsubishi to use staples then its good enough for anyone else. It was placed on top of the normal boot thing as it would sag too much if it went on its own. Would have been alot quicker too...

I give it 2weeks before it falls apart :)

Troy, what is that screw I see above the exhaust tip in the background? Or am I seeing things?

Ofey it looks like a Phillips head screw in the rubber things that you put the arms into hold the mufflers

It's the rod with the metal head(part of the exhaust) which going through the re-used rubber socket. I think we pushed the rubber socket too far from the metal head. All fit in nice and tight, however.

Ask rthieu to take a picture of his or anyone else for that matter. There is nothing like that... .

It doesn't look like the hanger at all. Mitch is right in a way, it looks like a philips head screw. Though it's a wee bit blurry so I can't tell from here.

Ofey from memory it is the thread of the bolt and 2 nuts on there you can see.

I pushed the bolt through the rubber hanger from the front of the car. I then fitted 2 nuts on it to stop it from coming loose.

Kean can you double check all hangers and bolts as it looks in the picture like the nuts have come off.

lol so it is just the end of the hanger out of focus. It must have a reflection off the end of it too.

Yes its backwards :) I like it that way. The normal way it feels strange so I turned it around and it fits in the palm of my hand. Easier to change the gears for me
