So they finally replied and apparently the second shipment has gone "missing" and they no longer have any in stock. Seems a bit suss as the first once was sent to the "wrong address" and the second one went "missing". Now waiting for them to refund me after making me wait 2 months.

Update to the issue with my Mars Performance headlights. They sent me instructions on how to find the problem, I followed their instructions and found a broken wire which caused one of the angel eyes to not work. They are sending me a replacement part/headlight for free.
