whats the difference from that and someone hitting you because u have one blown brake light --- its still there fault for not keeping a safe distance ??? your not as fault if you get rear ended ever!!

You have more of a chance being done for your headlights being that they arent factory fitted in court. They are more obvious. Arguement would be...they are distractive. Even if you werent in the accident you could cop blame for it LOL...i know...laws are out of hand. Where does the line get drawn. :?

My headlights are legal. I'm 100% sure about that. Infact you're right that they're distracting. That's their point! lolol. But yeah, I guess mark is right.

Do you mean the brake light or the sportback decal on the hatch handle garnish?
