Talking of pineapple.
If you take pineapple slices and sprinkle cinemon sugar on it . And then cook it on a low heat in a nonstick pan. Man oh man is that yummie.
Dont do it too often. Could pack on some weight

I have asked around about the pineapple and cinemon i spoke of earlier. A few of my friends have said if you use a small bit of butter on the non stick pan the pineapple you can caramelise it with the butter.
