If you go to soft no point in having them as they will fold up when driving. Ralli armour ones are quite stiff

Don't go thinner. Unless your actually off road, there will be no issues with the 6mm.

My rallyarmor flaps are awesome and haven't damaged anything. I did accidentally rip one side off reversing onto my ramps a while ago. Just pulled them off without any damage. Screwed it straight back on.

Quick visit to see Alan at AK Racing today for a Cosworth filter, upgraded fuel relay and finally fixing the wiring into my fuse box for my dash cam. Thanks for your help Alan! :D
