Those spoilers are usually the bigger VRX and sometimes Evo X replicas - more desirable; and I'm sure one could obtain a painted one for about, if not less than the cost of the one in the link. At the end of the day, it's a piece of plastic that sits outside, at the back of the car, so I'm guessing many people won't be too concerned about OEM v aftermarket, or new v slightly used.
FWIW I paid $50 for the same spoiler in the same colour, and later $250 for an Evo X one, both times a genuine Mitsubishi part in D06, albeit, used.

Sorry mate they changed the ecus, install this and all you will get is a lot of error codes. DVD based mmcs will work, or it may be cheaper if you can't find one at a decent price to get an aftermarket headunit.

I managed to find a mmcs unit from a Pajero for a great price, if you look hard and are patient it's possible, the mmcs does allow customisation of settings, as well as fuel usage readouts and other data logging. However, finding them at a decent price is uncommon.
A few members on here swear by the Parrot double din units.
