"Mitsubishi approved" as in you replace x turbo with oem x turbo. You can't put a x turbo in an outlander and say its Mitsubishi approved. The outlander wasn't designed to have a x turbo to begin with, so how can you say changing the engineering design of the car and the engine blows up is Mitsubishi approved?

Upgrading to Evo 10 parts in a Ralliart will void warranty. But since it is a Mitsubishi part from the same range you won't have to have it blue plated.

The car in the ad maybe 7 years old but the car highlighted in the article is a yet to be released limited edition of which only 40 will be available to the UK.

Here's an update on Mitsubishi Uk's website with specs etc.

DaFaq

"All vehicles will be fitted with a data recorder which is connected through the On-board diagnostic (OBD) system. This will record details such as driving style, performance, vehicle diagnostics, and present location. Details of the data will be available to both CCC and the registered owner of the vehicle. The fitment of, and reporting of data from this device is a condition of the vehicle warranty. A three year subscription to the service is included in the vehicle price."

Guy I work with has a BMW m135i. He was saying the data is logged to his key fob and when BMW plugs it in they tell him how hard it's been driven. How many times his been over 200 and that the car is revved to 7000 a lot.

In most modern vehicles the computer logs diagnostic data they just don't usually publish it. Ralliarts and evo's certainly do including whether the ecu has been flashed.
