I haven't got anything but I just ordered a set of 'racing pedals' from a US company.

They're CJ pedals, but this is an experiment to see if they fit or if our RHD lancers are a bit different. I contacted them before asking if they would, and they asked me to measure up mine for them, but I put that in the 'too hard' basket haha.

It also comes with a dead pedal plate but I know that won't fit.

I think they might make them upon request, so it might be a while before I see them, but if they're not rubbish I'll probably make a mini-review of them. :)

I've also been told they might be illegal, or at least the specifications I have ordered, because they don't have any kind of rubber grip on the surface, but a) I can judge for myself whether they're too slippery or not and b) our accelerator pedal at least is made out of plastic, not rubber.

$397 fine + 3 demerit points for running a red light (stupid right turn when turns green and only let 2 cars go at a time.)

^Did you fit everything securely? Replugged the maf sensor?
Maybe disconnect and reconnect the battery to reset the computer?

no fine, just had to go to an EPA accredited exhaust fitter and get tests done, scraped in under the 90db, so all good now, though i might try and quieten it done a bit...
