You should've gotten maps - are you sure it's not on some DVD/CD-ROM included in the packaging? Perhaps someone on where who's installed it might be able to advise if they were preloaded on the unit...

Sounds like an honest error - clearly you've paid for them as per the GB listing. So technically you have a "licence" for the software, so can you copy the SD card contents from another user or is the software locked to each unit?
Perhaps shoot Ofey a polite PM and perhaps he can find out what the go is... probably something that can easily be sorted out. These things can and do happen from time to time. No biggie.

Got 4 new tyres, toyo proxes T1 sport 225 45 18. So far seem great. Better than the kuhmo ku 31s I had on there.
