Glass polish and repair kit

Postby klvru » Fri Nov 02, 2012 10:19 pm

Been a long time since I posted something :P

Anyway, been looking at glass polish and repair kit lately, would like to fix some wiper scratch and stone chips (no cracks or anything)

And one of the results is this

Anyone tried before? wondering if it will be able to remove stone chips and deeper scratches

It doesn't say that it could remove stone chips. Is there O'Brien glass in your area? They claim to be able to fill in the chips, reduce their appearance and restrengthen the windshield.

I think Supercheap also sells a glass repair kit, but unsure if it also covers chips.

Yeap it does not, but it did say remove deep scratches and their definition of deep scratches are "If your finger nail catches and drops into the scratch then you will need a Deep Scratches kits", so I was assuming that it is possible to remove small chips? :P
