Haha, should've read your owners manual, there is a safety warning about that lol
Not the #1 thing, but here is why I love the sportback:
Been hanging out for that Ikea trip for a while...

Bluetooth Audio Delay + Engine noise in the cabin.
It looks like people switched to things they DO like. Here are two things I don't like about my VR MY12.
There is an approx. 2 second delay in the Bluetooth streaming.
If I'm sitting in the car and watching video on my iPhone/iPad and I send the audio though the radio, I see mouths moving on the screen way too long before I hear the audio.
Also, if I'm listening to an audiobook or podcast and want to pause it at the end of a sentance. Good luck. I'd have to know where the end of the sentance was going to be two seconds in advance. Or when I restart I have to jump back so I don't come in half way though a sentance.
I tested for Bluetooth delays in other brands and found these don't have a delay: Toyotal Corolla Levin ZR / Hyunday i30, Accent, Elantra, Veloster / KIA Rio, Cerato.
But a Mazda3 Maxx Sport (which appears to have the same radio gear as my Lancer) had a 1 sec delay and a Honda Civic Sport had near 3 seconds dealy.
PS: The Hyundai Accent and Elantra had NO way to pause the audio from the radio, even switching source or turning off the head unit didn't pause the bluetooth stream. At least in the Lancer I can press 5 to pause and 6 to play.
Time for a new headunit.
And some dampening work to stop so much engine noise coming into the cabin.
Thanks for a place to vent.

it is great... on everything...
i dont really have 1 great thing but rather many... It always starts first time everytime no matter the condition or weather. It is a comfortable ride, the seats a good and the pedals (manual) are great, not to mention the clutch feels like you're pressing a pillow. It looks great no matter how dirty it as, and the best part is no matter how my driving style im never outta pocket for fuel
