The Kumho KU31s seem to be good considering it's price range. Here's a good site for tyre reviews.

Just fitted Kumho Ecsta KU21 ASX to my Ralliart (same wheels as VRX) and very impressed ... super quiet!

Paid $230 each fitted and balanced.
