Search: topic title ONLY

It's a chicken and egg problem.

The problem we have is many noobs coming on this forum and refusing to search. So they keep starting new threads.
So your search becomes clogged.
When you type spoiler, many threads pop up. Hard to read through that many isn't it?

Also people have different way of calling things e.g.
Spoiler = Wing
Extractor = Headers
etc.
