sweet i just hope these number plate leds actually work on my car cuz all my other ones just dont seem to work....

Those ANZ ads are bull**** by the way. The service SUCKS. They are more like the "a Bank" that they make fun of.

I went to ANZ because it was my bank and last time I bought something off Ofey I could transfer money even though he was with NAB. Got to the teller, no smile, no hello,

Me: "Good morning how are you?" *smile*
Her: "What do you want?"
Me: "Umm ok, I would like to transfer money into this account please"
Her: "Go to Westpac. NEXT!"

Then, shocked at the treatment I had recieved, I went to Westpac and the service I got there was second to none. Very friendly and willing to help me...

Not happy with ANZ.

why did your bank tell you to go to a bank that was neither yours or ofeys lol, that doesnt make sense or is westpac a part of ANZ

Westpac was Graham's bank. I was transferring money to Graham :P

It's not the first time I've got shocking treatment from them either.

really..... i never had any issues with anz and been with em for years.... the tellers are always helpful and nice when i need any transactions done...which branch did u go to?

Yikes, thats pretty rude I thought your bank would help you transfer...

A different scenario for example...

A Telstra customer is unable to SMS a vodafone customer...

Telstra wouldn't tell the customer to speak to vodafone lol.. I don't see how it's different with transferring money for banks

I've found westpac to be nice though, but at the end of the day one bad consultant can ruin a companys rep for people

I went to the Innaloo shopping centre plaza branch. The Karrinyup branch is quite nice, so it's just the Innaloo branch that sucks I'm guessing. If it was just once I would be fine with it, but it's happened twice by two different tellers.
