Blacked out the front bumper today, pretty crappy job since it was my first time working with vinyl (yeah I know, excuses excuses) and I've also cut out the front intake slot thingies. The vinyl has got heaps of little bubbles in it but from far away it looks ok.

Also while cleaning the interior today I've discovered I really need to buy scuff plates :(

when I first did my vinyl it was dodgy too, don't worry :P

The best way to do it is by doing it on a moist surface with a squeegee I've heard.. I did mine on a dry surface with a credit card :P

popped all the air bubbles with pins and flattened them out, only had a few small wrinkles which were only visible if you were closely inspecting the vinyl

I used the wet method and ended up with a bubble of water under the vinyl. Ahh well, you cant see it (much) anymore :P

Mine's got heaps of little bubbles which you can easily see too, but only if you're close up. I figured not many people would be up that close to the front to see them so it didn't really bother me.

I need to get a present for my girlfriend's 21st, any ideas?

Amongst many other things, Star Wars, comics, reading, movies... etc

I've already got: slushie machine and teacup set (she likes drinking tea from fancy cups and teapots).

Was thinking of getting her an Xbox too?

Buy her something cute like a huge boquet of flowers and take her out on the weekend somewhere nice and finish with a romantic dinner :)
