Today my car was meant to get its new windscreen.
I contacted my insurance to make sure its been approved, it hadn't been, O'briens hadn't sent the quote through to them.
I go to O'briens half an hour before my car was meant to go in (telling another family member not to come with me as it wasn't being done today because the insurance hadn't cleared).
I ask them wtf is going on, it takes him forever to find my car on the system, and then it turns out they had my insurance listed as AAMI instead of Just Car (I definitely told them multiple times it was Just Car last time I was there).
A short phone call to Just Car later and the guy tells me its all good and I can get it done straight away.

But then he adds that he doesn't know why I'm using my insurance as my excess is $450 and the windscreen is only $390.
I tell him I've been told multiple times its $708 all up, and *I* tell *HIM* what parts they need for the job.
He goes back to the computer for a bit and then comes back after realizing he was wrong, he tells me some numbers that don't really add up to $708 but I'd had enough so just kept quiet.
Now, because of all this I get left sitting on the grass outside with no car to get home.

(now I'm also left wondering whether my insurance is actually ok because he probably told them its a $390 job. If the insurance kicks up a s*** about it later someone will be in a lot of trouble and I'm going to make sure it isn't me)

Don't go to O'briens Canning Vale guys.

Oh and also, apparently I've been trolling again, so I'll probably be banned for 2 weeks soon.

So I can further increase my reputation of arguing with everything? VRX_Pete offered for me to PM him and I did and he didn't reply.

I don't think they even remember I'm under the effects of an indefinate warning of an immediate 2 week ban if I do any trolling, you should probably remind them...
