yeah they do charge cuz was quoted that to check my reverse sensors when i got rear ended.... um there waqs no cel just the car acted like a automatic car by revving sometimes and not revving much so had a few near misses when overtaking slower cars.... but i doubt it has anything 2 do with the cai cuz they are located a fair distance away from each other and cant find any reason y the cap could come off
