Help please in checking status of WA Police Website

Hi Guys,
Ive been trying to get radar info off police website for past 3 days but cannot as the site does not appear to be working correctly. I have notified the police dept.
Can a few of you please try the following and tell me what you see.

On home page located here-

http://www.police.wa.gov.au/

click on link on quicklinks in blue box on RHS.

When long list of links opens- click on Complaints link.

What do u see??? A screen requiring login info or an info page with how to make a complaint???

Now go to bottom of list and click on Speed camera locations.

Do you see a page of info on cameras or does it simply take you back to the home page????

If you enter this link below in browser do you get the camera info page or a login screen????

I want to see if everyone is getting the same info as me.

second link directly prompts a login page.

generic login sich as "admin" not found and I tried a few WAPOL logins which also didn't work.

I then saw the "Register" button
