I wonder if they are looking for another son....
My mates brother has a Lambo (can't remember which one). He also won a golf contest and the prize was to attend a Ferrari track day! I'm tempted to lock him up and steal his ticket...
Ok so random thought... i'm thinking of selling my RA and buying an Evo VII.
Pro #1 - it's an EVO, my dream car
Pro #2 - my car loan would be half what it is now
Pro #3 - EVO, EVO, EVO... muahaha
Pro #4 - i can choose a colour other than black.
Con #1 - not the best everyday drive car?
Con #2 - losing my RA, which i love despite it not being an Evo.
Con #3 - older model Lancers not as luxury/comfortable as CJ's, Evo or otherwise...
Con # 4 - resale value once the km's go up on the Evo
Opinions? Should i do it?

In a word - no.
Having driven the 6, 7, 8, 9 and owning the 10 I can say that despite my boy racer heart, had i ever bought one prior to the X it would have put me off for life.
The ride is HARD.
HARD.
The road noise is LOUD.
LOUD.
5 Speed manual kinda sucked as well...
They are very cheap interior wise and the old cast iron block from a late 90's Evo will be showing its age and needing alot of looking after.
Its your cash and I was in the same place a few years ago so i get it but with hindsight I am glad i skipped it.
The RA is funnily enough the best of both worlds as a couple of small mods make it comfortable AND fast...
Come out for a drive in my Evo sometime... Fast yes, practical no
