Hmmm, easy to say that...

While i am very confident the run would go off without a hitch having just today picked the car up from a total loss 8 weeks ago makes me some what reluctant to do this just yet...
I have a 3 year old son who KNOWS i should drive faster! So why do i get fined?!?

But i want to see your Evo... lol

I was a bit reluctant at first (i'm with AAMI too, zero coverage) but figured i just drive to my capabilities and i'll be fine. There's no reason to go crazy, even if others do as it's one car on the track at a time.

At least i can speed legally & test the RA's capabilities a bit more than i can on the road :) After all, i bought the RA to have fun with it!

I get new brakes this week, I was going to get EBC greenstuff but they're $190 for the front 2 pads (I was expecting 150ish) and theres another set which are basically just as good but the greenstuff work better at higher temperatures for $50 for the front set.

$50 for rear set aswell so $100 for 4 new brakes :)

where did you get this brakes pad? how much for change the whole set of front brake?
and one more thing do you need to bring our own helmets? or we can rent one there?

Some of you will be able to share helmets... But doesn't mean you shouldn't try to get one :P

They'll last your whole life anyway unless you crash :D

that is true, and helmets always come in handy :P

Argh my pads don't fit, they're too big (dust wise) i gotta get the rotors machines (which i shouldve done anyway) to make 'em fit.. one quote is $80 for all 4

After doing some research I am convinced insurance is un-necessary on this circuit... now too sell it to the wife!
