Can anyone in Brisbane weld?

I'd love to have the exhaust tips pulled rearward a bit, so that they fill out the bumper gaps a bit more. Also, as the actual exhaust pipe sits almost flush with the chrome tip, the sooty condensation drips all over the chrome.

Is there anyone that could re-weld them for a 6 pack or something?
