Have you considered doing it yourself?
[s]I forgot what I used[/s] I use Meguiar's Swirl X, last time I fully washed, cleaned, waxed my car, I used some of it on a pad, [s]swirl remover[/s] before waxing and it did the trick to remove the swirls off my boot lid and hood.
It would be cheaper then sending it somewhere to do that for you. Plus you'll have the product to use again when you need it.
But your choice. Someone else might have an idea where you can get detailing done.
Maybe car wash? If you live northside, I always see (I don't want to generalise, but..) these korean car washers at the chermside car park, you could check them out.

Did you use a rotary buffer? I'm thinking of buying one to really do my car up but yeah. I know autobarn sell them pretty cheap but are they any good?

No I dont use a rotary buffer, I do things by hand; in this case I used a small applicator pad about the size of a small hand to apply the Swirl X. I think others might be able to comment on how good they are and a model to recommend.

Finally CCJ is back online
I do thought of doing it myself but seeing I'm not really good with waxing and polish etc so I do not want to make it worse. My plan was to ask a professional over and in the mean time learn the proper way of doing it?
So the next time I can do it all by myself The amount of swirl marks it have now is just crazy
Thanks for the suggestion on the car wash but looking for someone who is passion about cars and really good at detailing.

From what I've been told, rotary buffer could easily cause swirl marks ;/ but don't quote me on that..

Hey Peter, thanks for the number! Any idea how much he would charge? Since you mentioned he is an ex spraypainter, by any chance he would do paint chips touch up? haha, just trying my luck. Going to to Autobarn to get it paint match soon. Want to touch up all those annoying chips before detailing it.

Kelvin...you would have to ring Trenton...he does do stuff from home as well..stone chip touch ups are done better with just a tooth pick. But as i said he is the only guy i trust with my car and you could ask him about the chips. He would have to look at your car i think before he gives you a price. Swirl marks are hard to get rid of...even by hand you can make them worse depending on the compound you use....i spoke to him the other day and he said he had a new compound....so worth wile giving him a call....tell him i gave you his number...just say black ralliart...he will know who you mean. It is better to go the extra distance to get a good result. Cheers
