I remember when I use to go up the mountain when I was younger, at least once a week with some macers and some of my friends. It was the closest high point then travelling up Mt Cootha. Pitty it closes up at night. Loved going up there late at night 1-2am'ish and just looking out at the city and lights. Haven't tried the cafe yet, so is it really that bad as someone said??
