Supafest 2010

Hi guys, some of you may or may not know that on Saturday April 17 there is a pretty awesome R&B concert being held at RNA showgrounds. It is called Jamfest 2010 and the lineup is pretty damn awesome. Confirmed at this stage is Akon, Kelly Rowland, Jay Sean, Pitbull, DJ Nino Brown, Eve and Chris Sorbello who is famous from Ministry of Sound Australia.

Concert is awesome but what is more awesome is the 'Revs & Beats' car show that the concert organisers are holding at the same time as well. So you go and watch the concert and check out some sweet rides on the same day. Sounds sweet!

As such they need 100 cars to show up and strut their...well struts. I am planning on fixing the rest of my mods that are lying around tomorrow and having a photo shoot to submit for the organisers consideration. Fingers crossed that I get chosen.

I however think that compared to other CJ ownders in Brisbane that my ride is rather bland. So I am putting it out to the brissy club members to get amongst it and submit their ride as well. It would be awesome if a group of us got chosen and got our own CLUB CJ area. Free publicity FTW. Also, if your ride gets chosen you get 2 free tickets to the concert. I'm sure it can't be that hard to have at least one Club CJ member get their ride in considering there are 100 places.

As with any car show there will be a competition and prizes. If I get selected I am not gonna bother trying to win, though I am sure some Brissy members can more than likely do so.

ok guys, I have submitted my car into Supafest and I think it has been approved. Anyway they have posted my car to their website. I'm not sure if this means I have free tickets, but I have sent an email to ask.

I will be getting premium membership once my next pay packet arrives and hopefully I will have a clubcj decal by supafest. Besides lighting, what 'cheap' mods do you guys think I should put on the car before supafest. I am thinking about interior & exterior lighting. Anything else?
