Background
The month of December is just over a month and a half away and that means X'mas gatherings again.

The closer we get to Christmas, the more booked out restaurants are going to get. To this end, I'm going to suggest we hold CCJ's X'mas gathering within the first 2 weekends (Fri->Sun) of December.

In 2009, we had our Christmas dinner @ Pancake Parlour Northlands
In 2010, we had our Christmas dinner @ THe Hog's Breath Cafe in Chadstone.

This year, we are proposing to have it held @ Hofbrauhaus in the City.

The proposed date atm for this is: Friday 9 December 2011.

Can I please see an EOI response so I can negotiate for a deal with the owners of Hofbrauhaus?

Club Subsidies
We as Victoria have also not taken any money out of Club funds so I will be looking to ask the Committee to free some funds to offset the cost of the dinner for all Lifetime, Premium and Sponsor members attending.

Have to see how we go with work otherwise i'll make my way in. Either way you wont be disappointed with the Hoffbrau house, it's a great feed! It'll be nice and warm as well - perfect weather for a few steins

btw , if we were to eat at hofbrauhaus , we will face with some parking problems as it's a friday night so there's no way we will find park easily.

If i do come , i'll be walking from my gf's place lol
