7-11 doesn't sell dry ice.
They probably only sell ice.

Who has a dry ice refrigerator? Or has anyone tried using those freeze-spray for genital warts?

I think that in order to discourage pull-outs and non-commitment, deposits should be asked from everyone. It is good business for the guy and we can finally get the ball rolling on this.
