Touge Tune

Postby JaCe » Sun Mar 27, 2011 8:27 pm

Hey guys has anyone here been to Touge Tune before? My mate recommended them to install a boost gauge for me at $80. Does this sound reasonable? I thought it'd be a lot less (closer to $40-50?) but I guess if they're really good then I guess that makes it a bit better.

Looking at http://forums.evolutionm.net/evo-x-how- ... -hell.html ... it looks like a very complicated installation process. Maybe $80 isn't so unreasonable after all.

Does $80 sound reasonable for a boost gauge install?

How long you reckon they'll take?

My dealership works on A$72+GST / hour

You say he's charging A$80 kinda => to me it's a 1 hour job?

Apparently Ben at Touge Tune is a famous mechanic who used to work at Bel Garage or something.

I am guessing the fact that Touge Tune's got a good rep for high quality work means it sounds like a good place to go. I've heard of other less well informed workshops stuffing up simple things such as BOVs!
