Stacey Go into "MY PLATES" link The guys put up ... Then click onto Design A Plate ( I Know you don't need to design a plate but you have to click onto This to go further )....Then on left hand side a drop down comes up , Then Click onto "Replace your plates" It has a photo of the Black plate with white letters ....
You Have to put your Surname & your plate number to go any Further ....
Not sure if you have tried This .
Hope This Helps .

Im not sure if you have already changed your plates, but i noticed you have a Blue lancer. You can get Standard content coloured plates, where you pay a one off fee I think its $220 and choose a colour, and they will give you them over the counter with whatever numbers and letters on them.
I know if you get blue plates, they will start with the letters ZB eg. ZB-00-AA,,Red is ZR-00-AA,pink plates begin with LP or HP etc...
