okay cool :) just as a precautionary action, I will need to know at least 7 days before this event is due to happen, so I can organise everything and also to make sure it does not clash with any major sales event or anything :) thanks

**UPDATE**

I also ask that everyone checks the very first post every now and then. At least close to the date.....just so that I can make sure you get all the necessary information.

I also had the option of just a simple meet and greet...just come along and see where things go on the day but it didn't work -_- so that is an option to

If its anything like the last cruise annabelle put together, you will need to clear the whole yard.. :-/
