Word of advice, Parking gets pretty hectic on Sundays and starts filling up quick at about 10am. I'll probably be there from 9:30 riding bikes haha

We had a quite sucessful meet here a couple years ago, but we were just north of that location. Annabelle and I will check things out on a Sunday closer to the date to see if it can accommodate us all
I've been working weekends and school holidays there for a few years now, and I'd say that generally a Saturday is a less busy parking and people wise.
Depends of course where in Bicentennial, near the Cafe and Bike hire (where I work ) is probably the busiest area. Around the education centre is probably more quiet.
Seeing as I know a few of the park Rangers, I can probably try and see if I can get a discount on booking Egret Pavilion if you'd like? Egret pavilion is also a little more secluded to the rest of bicentennial and I believe it has it's own parking too. Although from looking at their booking fees online It might be a bit expensive, I'll ask them this weekend anyway to see what they can do for us
