Anyone stay in the Parramatta area in NSW?

Hi guys. I am thinking of buying a EVO kit of a guy in the Parramatta area in NSW. But because I'm in QLD I am very cautious about buying things I can't see for myself and I was wondering if anyone could possibly go have a look at it for me to make sure it is the kit and that everything looks ok. Of someone could that would be AWESOME (:
